If I were a woman!

Most people think that being a woman is a tough role. She has to take care about her children, or husband. However, the situation has changed in this moment; the woman has her own life in this society. Making money and personal social life is what she has to face every day, but what I will do if I were a woman?

The first is being a braid. As we know, it is happiness and bliss for a woman gets married with her lover. She can have her favorite wedding gown, wear the diamond probably and catch most eyes in her wedding party. How sweet and romantic I am if I were a woman. Who will remember what the bridegroom looks like?

The second is having a baby. As you probably know that I am a father. It’s very easy for a man who wants to be a father except other special cases, but it’s difficult to a woman. There is no word to describe the pain of childbirth. Therefore, I hope I can have a chance to feel the pain with love and tear.

The third is releasing the pressure of family. In Chinese culture, the man has to take care about their parent especially you are the eldest son. It is not mentioned you don’t have to care about your parents if you are a woman. It is just the job never hand over to the woman except your family doesn’t have a man. Maybe this sentence is not fair, but it’s real because of our traditional culture. Therefore, I hope I can forget the pressure for a while, and I assume that being a woman is the only way to release the stress.

At last, three things I want to try if I were a woman. First is being a braid, second is having a baby and the third is release the pressure of family. That’s all.

P.S. Don’t marry to the eldest son. It’s not easy to be the wife of eldest son as well.

Different Working Environment! ((HW))

In 1966, the USA invested two millions to research and develops the “Fisher” which a kinds of pencil lead. It can be written on a piece of paper in the space that is a zero gravity environment. However, the Russian wondered why they didn’t use the pencil if they just wanted to write something. According to this short story, we can realize the size of the company depends on their finance capability, organization structure and turnover. Following sections are some similarities and differences between working in family-owned business and working in a large company.

Some similarities on both of them are manpower, products and strategy. The corporation is run on by labor power whether a big company which has globe service or a family-owned company that only has three workers. And the next is product. The company has to sell their product which is tangible or intangible in order to make profit. So no matter which company you work in, you still have to sell the product to the customer. The last is strategy. The big company may have targeted a trillion of profit by their star products for the year, and the family-owned company probably sells the single item to their target account nearby their company. It is called strategy whatever they focus on something, no matter who make the strategy.

Some differences between big company and family-owned company are promotion, organization structure and financial support. First is promotion. For example, the P&G can use their perfect logistics to sell a new product, and a lot of workers to arrange their product to the final selling stores in the short time. Another words, it is very convenient to promote our product to the market if we work in a big company. However, working in a family-owned company may have to spend a lot of time to cope with the transportation or something else because of strength limited. The next is organization structure; normally, the organization of family-owned company is flat structure, this structure can save more time from communication. Working here doesn’t need to communicate with a lot of departments. And the family-owned company could adjust and adopt strategy to face the changeable market instantaneously. Nevertheless, the big company can’t execute strategy at once because of multistory structure. The last is financial support. The big company has a lot of money due to shareholders’ support, but the family-owned company has to restrict to spend their own money. Thus, working in the owned company may feel tight of budget.

There are some similar and different aspects between working in the family-owned company and working in a big company. The similarities are manpower, product selling and making strategy, and the differences are product promotion, organization structure and money support. We can’t only see the surface when you work in a company whether it is big or not. Whatever the scale of your company, working hard is the only way. As the story of beginning, people may laugh at the American because they spent the money to invent the Fisher, but the truth is the pencil may hurt the eyes or the equipment when the pencil lead break in the zero gravity environment.

How to pass away during xxx?

Regarding to the mass disaster in Japan, the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami was happened in the early of March. I believe that you are concerning about this news on TV every day, and I trust you have many words in your mind. What’s your next step? Do you still care about the fortune or anything you can’t take away once passes away? Okay, let’s tidy sad temper. However, there is some information for your reference if you are a pessimism person. I am going to talk about the ways in case you really want to pass away while the earthquake is happening.

The first way is open the gas and turn on the power supply. The pipe of the gas may break after quake, and then the gas will leak out. Your flat would be exploded once you turn on the power supply in a house that has full gas inside.

You can try next way if you still alive. Screaming (Losing your tempo) and running wild are the best way to die because the building will be damaged within ten to fifty seconds. I believe you will be hit by the cement or furniture of your house. Don’t mention that you can disappear in the air or run out the building less than five second.

Going to the beach is the last way if you don’t want to live in the earth anymore. As we know, the power of Tsunami is very strong; therefore, I trust you can’t be still on the beach. No kidding, you could write a book if you still alive after completed these ways. I think this book will be sold as more as Mr. Poter.

The Last Home Work!

It is the ninth essay of home work, and it's my last home work of blog in this semester. Do I make progress on this subject: English? Do I have to care about this problem? Per Mercy, you don't have to consider too much; otherwise, you don't know how to write anything. However, I still can't stop thinking about the grammar which has so many tenses, and I can't use it correctly. orz... According to the teacher (Sorry, I can't mention his name here.), he just lead us into English, and you have to learn English in a long term. He can't remember all vocabulary even he is teaching English, and he still have to recite the words every moment. Furthermore, a large number of reading can helps us to improve writing skill, and it can't find another way to improve your skill except reading. I except I can keep writing this blog whatever I want to write in order to progress my writing. In these two years, I met some friends in this class although a few study-mates left this class last year, such as Jack Lai and others. I don't know if we still have a chance to meet together and talk about something about this class in the future, but I am sure of what we chasing is good friendship. I believe I will miss them after graduated, or I do say I miss Jack now. I hope our class can all pass the exams this semester and graduate together. As I know, some of classmates have planed their goal for almost one year. Some of them want to change their job after they get the graduate licence, and some seems to get promotion in their corporation. Hope they can catch whatever they want to obtain. Finally, I want to say thanks for my dear teachers. Even though my articles still have many mistakes in grammar or something else; as yet, I'm writing these essays because of your teaching. Thanks a lot.

Meeting!

I will go to Shenzen for a meeting which holds on Apr. 08, 2011. Our agent in the USA, Singapore and other Southeast agents will attend this meeting as well. It's first time that we meet our agent in the same time. We will discuss about the marketing of China, signing the contract to American and present our company to these agents.

We only have short speaking of ten to fifty minutes to report our unique feature to them in order to cooperate smoothly. Actually, I really have no idea about the prospect of export and import from Taiwan; therefore, I just provide my boss an idea that import from USA to HKG, and then re-export from Hong Kong to the countries of South-East. The routing will save the freight cost. Although we don't know how many cargo this agent of USA will consign to us, re-consol in Hong Know is a new idea for our group. Thus, I will try to convince them to try the routing this time.

The second is signing contract. Our company has no customs bond because we don't have any branch in the USA. We can't sign the service contract with carriers. The agent in the USA will lead us to sign the contract with some carriers this time, and our bullet rates will focus on furniture and sporting goods as usual.

My boss will introduce them our company which has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, and south of China. We have an exclusive window for these agents. This window could handle their all inquiries and routing orders. They could realize how convenience we provided. Another hand, we can save the cost on personal management. Hope this meeting will go smoothly and successfully.

Mercy Killing Part II ((HW))

People in this modern society have the rights to decide the date of birth, but they still fail in choosing the date of death. With the progress of human society, most people nowadays pursue high-standard life. Besides basic material needs, human beings also need dignity and the peace of mind when facing up with the coming of death. I totally agree with the idea that patients with fatal diseases should be endowed with the right to request euthanasia. Mercy killing is one way to release the chronic torture as well as the mental and financial pressure from their families and the society.

The physical and spiritual torment inflicted incurable ailment on these invalids. The pain which they endure every day is endless. Therefore, these patients are intended to commit suicide once they realize the illness on them is incurable. But they probably have no idea about how difficult to have self- murder without professional technique and assistance of medical experts. Especially, the regulation of mercy killing is illegal in some countries. Suicide would cause great pain; therefore, some people would rather choose mercy killing to end their lives than living in suffering.

Disputes and disagreements exist in families because they have to spend lots of time and money on these patients with chronic disease or paralysis. Taking care of these invalids brings much pressure on them as well as their mind. Furthermore, family members will have the difficulty about economic burden. Due to the large medical expense on patients, these families will have argument among them. Mercy killing may be a good way to save the cost of medical treatment. Commonly speaking, cancer patients in the last stage cannot be healed by medicines or particular medication. Therefore, the medication should be used on those patients who really need.

Even though a man with serious sickness cannot stand the pain anymore; or the pain has caused great pressure for family. He still has the right that decides how to die, and respect is a thing what we can do for him. Mercy killing is one of the ways to perform the right of death, and it is a way of treatment by doctor as well. We should implement mercy killing in order to pass away in good death. Furthermore, euthanasia could mitigate burden of household as well as the society.

Dating Service!

Many males and females don't have time to find their spouse because of timeless for their job or something except making "new" friend; therefore, the dating service was growing more and more in this situation. Is it possible to meet new friends in the short time? Following ways which Internet sites, speed dating and sodality are good manners to find new friends.

Face book, twiter and yahoo friends... etc. are famous on-line platforms to meet new friends. For example, some strangers want to be your friend, and send you a friend approval because they saw your personal interduction. These strangers may chat with you so for as you have the same habbits with them. And you may realize that the friendship will be created quickly.

The second is speed dating. According to an actress who playacted in a well-knowing telenovela, she said you never know the man if you never try. Many people like this way to meet new friend becaues they don't have to waste time to know whether he or sha has good skill in sex or not. Don't be shy to talk about it. It is really important if you are a couple. It might be dangerous as well if you don't make friend carefully.

The last is sodality. It is easy to find a friend who has same condition by this way. For instance, some bank workers ask another bank staffs to go to a party together. These people can meet some new firends in one time, and they may have the same compliants about their job or subject of a talk. Sodality is a good way to meet and to know new friends.

In conclusing, you may have no time to build a relation ship with someone, but you must have time to meet someone by these ways, such as google Mr./Mrs. right in Internet, instant love and fraternity. Hope you find your lover quickly and correctly.

Seeing Movies

As many friends, I am a movie buff. I can't exactly remember when I began to see the movies, but I am sure my taste in films is wide-ranging. Not only horror films but comedies are my favorites. Generally, I pick what I want to see according to my mood of that moment. Sometimes, when I am particularly exhausted from working or studying, always see a comedy films, such as sexy the city.

I want to share a movie "The King's speech" to you, and this movie was gained the Oscar Prize this time. It is a story mentioned a king who has a stammering tongue deliver a great speech to his people in England. Be honest, this movie really touch my heart when he spoke words by words to English people in George sixth. I strongly recommend you to see this full-length dramatic movie.

Elizabeth who the king's daughter is the queen of UK now. She also showed how bright she is in this movie. The brave king leaded his country through over the second war because of his speech. Believe me, watching this movie is worth the price of a ticket.

What is Next?

I am used to work as a manager for a small company. Actually, I don't make more money for this company due to slow market, but it makes me under a lot of stress. I unwind by exercise. I don't want to talk with my wife and my child. I seldom have time to take a vacation. Is it my real life? I doubt it.


Suddenly, I realized that I am not happy. I even don't know whether get out of the rut I was in or not; so I have considered if I have to quit my job or work attitude. I have a idea that start a part-time job which handle the shipment via my friend's company, and I pay him the handling charge. Can it change my life? Or I just don't want to do the shipping forwarder anymore.


My friend who works in government said just go with the flow and do whatever seems that I have to do that day. I know what I have to do is doing well, but I know it's not what I want. Does my household accept I make less money? I don't think so. I have to support these two family, and I can't stand I don't have enough money in my pocket. Thus, I have to work hard in order to afford these bills.


My co-worker ask me why I don't buy a car? I said I can't breath almost due to loan of house. How come I can buy a car? Or I just don't have a enough sense of safe?
The money is not multi-purpose, but we can't do anything without the money.

Simple Life!

According to this terrible experience which has a desturaction disaster in Japan, what can we do for earth? Can we make the grouble warming become slowly if we simplify our life? And how to do it? Following lists which change the consumption habits, support local economy could simplify our living, and you might consinder to do it whether it can help earth or not.

Do you buy goods you don't really need? Do you think it's a slippery slope if you are going to the super market or department store? We might buy one thing, and we want to buy more and more. For example, I really like to go shopping in Internet. How convenient it is? I can buy everything in my place where has the Internet. Therefore, we have to change our habbit. Buy the things we really need.

The second is supporting local economy. The products imported from abroad are very expensive due to that the goods have to subject to the duty and tax. And it might not be useful and has reasonable price as well as local products. And then, it helps the local economy if we buy the local goods because of creating more job opptunities.

There are more ways to simplify our life, such as walk more and drive less, use secondhand goods. It's worth doing because you'll help the earth if you creat less pollution. We live in the earth; thus, we have the duty to protect this planet.

Make a Contract

Did you make a contract with your husband or wife? I never did it before, but I want to now.

At first, I want to talk about daily habits. The first, we can't ask each other what time has to sleep, and what time has to get up. The second, Neil picks the child up to school at seven fifteen every morning, and Elsa can't chatter endlessly. Neil always takes shower once back from office.

And then, we will share the household chores. Neil will wash the dishes after the dinner. Elsa will clean the house and take care of the balcony. Elsa will wash the clothes and fold them, and then put them away. Neil will make a list of groceries every week and will the shopping. Neil has to in charge the budget for groceries. Gary who our son has to be took shower by his mother till he can take it by himself.

Next is communication, we don't have to open up expect really necessary. We will work out the problem and find a compromise if we have conflict. We have to respect each other and not to criticize each's quirk or habits. We can't see text message and mail letter without approve each other.

Finally, we can't interfere each other. Neil who make more money is the breadwinner for the family. If we want to revise the contract, we have to agree it both sides. Hope this contract could be knew by my partner.

The madam cried because the century catastrophe in her hometown where located in the northeast of Japan. “I don’t have anything anymore” the old lady said. Her family was disappeared due to the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and resulting tsunami. Even though she still bended down to say thanks to the rescuers who save those victims. Sad stories have happened in the places where swept by tsunami in the Japan. However, a very large number of Japanese keep their indomitable spirit to face this disaster. What will happen if the earthquake shakes in Taiwan? Can we have the patience and unconquerable will to solve afterward problem. Or we only can realize that the KMT and DPP will argue which one doesn’t do their duty well?

Many countries have arranged the rescue teams to Japan during this period. The world seems to become a small town. Those countries help each other when a country met a devastating disaster. I believe the Japan will recover quickly. However, some of countries still don’t understand what the world will be going. They’re still fighting each other even that they attacked the people who have same blood in the same country. What they can gain whether they win the fighting? Nothing they can secure except death. We never know what will happen next second, but we have to prepare everything for this kind of natural disaster. It’s impossible to challenge the natural.

“It’s very lucky because the earthquake was shook in Japan; otherwise, I can't image how many people will be died if it’s shook in other country.” said by a Japanese.

These words was surprised me so strongly. Do I have this attitude if our country meet the huge disaster?

Boy

The computer can't turn on like as usual even I tried many times. After few minutes, I had checked with Gary about this matter. Why the computer can't turn on now? He replied that he has no idea about this problem. His mother said he couldn't hear the music this afternoon.
But I said he didn't touch this computer. Now, I got it. He lied to me. I said why you lied to me about this matter? But I think some reasons from his teacher: the kid lie to the parents due to that they afraid that you will punish them. And the other is they want to get something which doesn't belong to them.

My little boy afraid I will bang on his hand, so he said he didn't touch my computer. But he never know I just to want to know how to repair the computer. I told him it's a bad habbit if you keep lying to anyone. But it seem that the sentence can't work for him. He still can't change this habbit. I have tried to discuss with his teacher about this problem. And they said you may let them realized you believe their words. And they sould said more and more fib. As you know, the lie will be broken finally. And they will know, it's not a good sultion to solve the problem.

Another situation is that they want to have something. My boy told me he wants a plane due to the class needed. I know it's not real. And I said why your class needs this kind of toy? He said his classmates have one except him. So he needs a plane as well. Otherwise, he can't catch the step of his class. He never know it doesn't have any business about class needed, and it's just his request. Another example, he asked us to buy a CD player because of that he want to listen the English class. At first, I felt so amazing how I have this well-behaved of child. But the truth is he want to play any music except the English. How can I say?

Even though the child might lie to his parents or friends, they just hope to avoid the punishment or want to get something. Why we can't give more patiences to our children? We could tell them the reason lying to people is not a good way to save the problems instead to hit or scold them.

Does Taiwan Love to Read?

"The popularity of the Taipei International Book Exhibition seems to indicate that we live in a nation that loves to read, but a closer examination may point to a different conclusion, for most of the crowds visiting the fair have actually been attracted by the comics and animation pavilion, while the literary section received much less attention."

As we can realize that the sentence can be described the Taipei International book Exhibition is "people mountain people sea". But most of people seem attracted by comics and animation pavilion that mentioned from the report only. In my words, it's not a good way to learn or to have knowledges from the comics. We have to get those information from some specific books, for example, we can learn the literature or culture from the novel of the worldwide, or know about the technology form the science books.

It's really import to cultivate reading habit in the childhood and develop competitiveness through extensive reading. It's not easy to request the child to sit on the chair to read if we miss this time. Those children can't concentrate on something. And then they may lose more opportunities to learn the sense they have to learn. They will only tell you what the actor in comic do something.

The language books and non-fictions could be found in exhibition besides literature books. The people who need this kind of books could have some discount in this exhibition. But we still can't find any book from China. It's not a good policy to forbid the people to learn the knowledge from the China. We hope the related departments can fact up this problem. They have no reasons to divest of Taiwan reader's rights.

China Tourist!

Few days ago, I saw a news which mentioned the tourists of China can't stand on the line from CTV, and then they were attacking brutally. According to the reporter, it's not first time that happened in the mountain of A-Li because of trains less. A man who throw a bottle to another tourist spoke that the guy on the train didn't stand on the line. He must get out from the train. If this guy follow the rule to up to the train. No problems will be caused in the peak season. Don't they realize that it will take more time to solve their unexpected problem. And it also effected the rights of the others people. What you will do when you see the Chinese tourist who has aggressivity in Taiwan? Frankly, let them go first; or you want a bottle hit by your head.

Another news about the tourist of China in Macao. Per local journalist, a man, tourist from Liaolin of China, struck a tour guide due to that the guide didn't show up the sign which list their group name and number. It's not easy to understand his behavior. Can the guy see the sign after hurt the tour guide? The answer is obviously not. Does it really need to fight for this kind of small potato? After that, the guy who attacked the guide was disappeared. Strange things always happen in the world, doesn't it?

Even the China tourist are bring a large of income in Taiwan even more over of the world. But some of tourist have to face their big problem. Not everything can be solved by their money and attack, such as China's reputation and dignity. Take more concern when your behavior couldn't accept by the common social people. Do you still want to do it? Or you want the people of the world open their arms to welcome you and your country?

Friend?

He always tell me the words that I don't want to hear. He never spend time with me when I need his emotional support. He always busy on his new product or business when I want to have a dinner with him. I can't find a common interest and have a great rapport with him. He never do the home job when he has free time. And he... Actually, we had a great great friendship when we met each other several years ago. Why I have such more complaints with him?

He sent me roses when the Valentine's Day was coming. And he had called me when he arrived his building, and told me what funny stories he met today. We could have conversation for more than two hours every day. And we never feel boring even our sentences is same as always. He took me home after our dating and said a lot of sweet words once arrived to my place. He always said he like the dinner I cooked, and then he always wash the dish after dinner. We had such more romantics in our memories. Why those memories have become my mares?

Is it alright to become a couple when you call friend each other? Yes, he have changed when we become a couple. And he said that I think too much about his actions or words. The habit is the result after become the couple. Friends should be friends only. Because simple is the best way to keep the friendship each other. What you think?

Lunar Year.

Lunar year was passed again, and the New Year is coming as usual. This year is a special day because of that my father’s memorial tablet was settled on Feb 02.

My mother was come to my house at that day in the morning. My brother, sister-in-law and their girl came to my place half hour later. My son was gone to grandmother-in-law can’t attend this ceremony last month. However, we had started the ceremony at eleven o’clock when we prepared food and fruits.

At beginning, the teacher asked us to do obeisance to my father before he arrived. We follow his instruction that prepared the six plates of vegetable food, paper made to resemble money and paper lotus flower that made by myself. My mother begged him to protect our health. And I told him don’t worry about his wife, because I will take care of her, my mother, as I can. Then the paper was burned and offering to my father by my brother and I.

Later, the teacher with his partner were arrived my house at afternoon. We prepared another food and fruits to our ancestry in order to combine my father’s incense burner with our ancestry. I am waiting this day almost two years. And the ceremony was started with teacher’s words which can’t realize what he was talking about.

After a quarter of an hour, the teacher instructed my whole family to say something to our forebears and my father. Then the ceremony was done with our million memories.

Finally, my father has his own house now. We are so glad because of memorial tablet settling. It seems that I can put down the stone in my heart. Everything is going smoothly now. Father, I love and miss you.

The best way of life is "be yourself".

55 stories were wrote in this book getting from my study-mate Kevin. And these stories are telling you how to be yourself. Let you find yourself again. Many people lose their selves due to ingratiating someone's wish. For example, you are looking forward to being rich man, or be a doctor... etc. Are you really happy if you are a rich man or have a great job? I want to share some feeling of this book to you, and hope you can love yourself as I am.

The first feeling is love. You have to understand how to love yourself, and take your body and mind in good care, and then you have abilities to love the someone who you want to. And this kind of love is truly and happily. You must feel that you always lose something or do something for someone without your hoping if you don't know how to love yourself. But you wouldn't feel happy if you have this feeling. And what the people will do if they love their selves? The answer is giving. If you feel that you can offer your love to someone. It's happiness. Let's try to offer, to give. You may realize that you will have different feeling.

The second is desire. We may feel sad when we can't get what we want. Or we may hope someone who stay next to us can match our hope. And we would feel angry or disappointed. But, we really have to learn how to stop our desire, and ask ourselves that is it your really want? There are so much desire in our life, and we can't catch every desire every time. Therefore, we might consider that is it really our need? You may feel that pain disappeared.

Our life is controlling in our hands. We can't always follow anyone's words; otherwise, we never have the real happy in our short life.
