I will go to Shenzen for a meeting which holds on Apr. 08, 2011. Our agent in the USA, Singapore and other Southeast agents will attend this meeting as well. It's first time that we meet our agent in the same time. We will discuss about the marketing of China, signing the contract to American and present our company to these agents.
We only have short speaking of ten to fifty minutes to report our unique feature to them in order to cooperate smoothly. Actually, I really have no idea about the prospect of export and import from Taiwan; therefore, I just provide my boss an idea that import from USA to HKG, and then re-export from Hong Kong to the countries of South-East. The routing will save the freight cost. Although we don't know how many cargo this agent of USA will consign to us, re-consol in Hong Know is a new idea for our group. Thus, I will try to convince them to try the routing this time.
The second is signing contract. Our company has no customs bond because we don't have any branch in the USA. We can't sign the service contract with carriers. The agent in the USA will lead us to sign the contract with some carriers this time, and our bullet rates will focus on furniture and sporting goods as usual.
My boss will introduce them our company which has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, and south of China. We have an exclusive window for these agents. This window could handle their all inquiries and routing orders. They could realize how convenience we provided. Another hand, we can save the cost on personal management. Hope this meeting will go smoothly and successfully.
