And they have asked her to leave the bank account detail in order to rebate the money to her. The calling center also provided her a service that they can transfer the line to the police office. She can confirm that the center is legal with the police. The problem is that whom you contact is not a real policeman. Then, the EHS told her that you have bought the mop on Dec. 02, they told you anything in order to let you trust them.
However, my friend hanged up the phone and call EHS to confirm about this matter.
Of course, it’s not real. When you meet this kind of situation, please just hand up the phone and confirm with the TV shop directly or call with the direct line: 165, the phone number of published by government is the best way to avoid this artifice.
